Hello, this is my first post on ET and I would like to know as the title states, what should I start focusing on learning and trading with $1k available. I have read many books and I know the basic principles that govern the markets. I have some experience in Forex and I am currently reading Mastering the trade - John Carter on trading futures. It seems to me there is much more information involved when trading futures, like $tick, $trin, volume, in trading futures than just technical analysis in Forex. So I am biased towards futures.
