A mentor usually helps...someone who's been in the game a while. When I get in an unusual draw down...I lighten up on size first , then get a third party audit and review of my trade results. Someone else's perspective can bring in more clarity than your own ...especially when you're stressed by losses and "trading for answers." -JP
u were up 590k,ripleys or fk u,if its true and this is a big score 4 u,the ego is pickled,take a vacation ,spend a lot of dough,waste money,the mrkt will be the same when u return,your head might b better,after getting reamed on your vacation,u will again know the value of money,which your ego is most likely blocking out,dont let your ego b in charge
