If you have a point of view, an assertion to make, and care to jot down a premise or two to support it, even if those are merely "generally" understood, I'm listening. I'm not saying I never slip in that regard, but lately you seem to be All Mrs. Troll All The Time.
Let me say that this woman getting shot is unfortunate. The news (currently) is the shot likely came from the gun of a law enforcement officer. At this point I wonder if the shot was fired deliberately -- or was an inadvertent discharge (likely since only one shot was fired instead of several based on video).
Complete chaos and only a few shots fires...pretty impressive restraint... but when you are charged with protection of Congressmen and people storm the building and you dont know if they are armed or to what extent they could cause harm... you get shotted
Her death is unfortunate. I actually feel more sorry for the law enforcement officer in this situation. This was probably an accidental discharge of his weapon. He is likely to face discipline and lose his job over it... and then face civil/criminal action in the court system.
Congress will resume their duty that they started but there will probably be ready to have the President of the United States removed from office via the 25th Amendment if Congress is stormed or member injured. Mike Pence will then become President. Here's the ironic thing...a President Pence can then pardon Trump...removing all of his fears after January 20th that awaits Trump when he's no longer protected by the Presidency. How fucked up is that...perfectly orchestrated by Trump ? Yesterday's meeting between Trump and Pence: Trump: I know you can not flip the election Pence: Yeah but what do you need for me to do ? Trump: I'm going to have my cult storm the Capitol...maybe get a few people killed. You will then tell them I'm causing the problem. They will then have you take over and become President. You can then Pardon me of all crimes and I mean pardon of everything...shit that nobody knows about. Pence: Fuck man...that's brilliant. wrbtrader
Really? I suspect it was intentional; and justified. I'm sure there was a line that couldn't be allowed to be crossed. I suspect she tried to cross it.
