Yep. And we reap what we sow.

Everyone who went there essentially signed the waiver subjecting themselves to potential violence. Don't want to be in the circus? Stay home and be an adult.

It can be said too many Germans did that in 1932.

Ah, so you're comparing the fact that people didn't speak up against Hitler in 1932 to folks that went out to a rally (of something so far a minority that it is almost universally condemned in this country) looking for conflict, and finding some.

That's one hell of a leap! But hey, don't let logic get in the way of a ridiculous comparison.

  4. Very interesting video. What a surprise that it isn't on mainstream media broadcasts. Kind of puts a different light on things. Mobs chasing cars and throwing things at them. No police to be seen in a tiny college town. One can imagine what might have happened to people in the cars if they were stopped.

So we learned two things. White people to the right of Maxine Waters do not have First Amendment rights anymore. Plus, they do not have the right to self defense. Virtually every republican officeholder except Trump immediately jumped on the media bandwagon.

    1930
    Nazi
    Supremacists
    then, so far a minority

    2017
    Nazi
    Supremacists
    now, so far a minority

So a fair comparison. Should I be surprised or concerned you can't see it?

Yes, what a surprise, also no mention of the Antifa clash with police in Seattle over the weekend, burning American flags, rioting several arrested.

While no one condones the the rhetoric of the KKK, White Supremacists, the Antifa crowd was just as much at fault for this weekends tragedy. But I don't see anyone on any channel denouncing their violence, Charlottesvill or any where else.

  7. This is complete nonsense. A group of people demonstrated over the removal of statutes to commemorate fallen heroes. This was not some neo-Nazi show of force. No doubt there were some oddballs there but we know antifa sends in provocateurs to display Nazi regalia just for this purpose.

The people we should be concerned about are the thugs waving commie flags and attacking peaceful demonstrators, chasing cars down the road , etc.

The media/left, ie same thing, now are intent on painting anyone to the right of Maxine Waters as a neo-Nazi, while treating premeditated violence by the left as either non-existent or actually justifiable. I'd be very careful about going down that road. You never know how it ends up.

  8. I am not taking sides, but as a casual observer, I do see a marked difference in the way manifestations are
done by the hard right vs the hard left.

Wow, you really are that far gone? So, just to reiterate, you think by staying home and avoiding what is obviously going to be a violent engagement between two fringe groups on opposite sides of the political spectrum, I am advocating a similar ideology to those who, by keeping quiet about the rise of Nazism, essentially did nothing to stop it?

Never mind that, in 1932 the Nazis were a rising political force and these days, the idea of white supremacist exists in the fantasy mind of a few sick individuals.
