If you want to tear down any monument of an individual who owned slaves or believe one race was superior to another (Woodrow Wilson, etc.) then you will need to tear down approx. 75% of the monuments in this country and rename many buildings as well.
Apple Donates $1 Million to SPLC, Claims Trump Equated ‘Nazis and Those Who Oppose Them’ 8/17/2017, 6:43:24 PM · by ForYourChildren · 7 replies CNS News ^ | 08/17/2017 | Gage Cohen These "nazis" didn't kill any jews or invade any countries and they were acting lawfully. These "who oppose them" are a bunch of criminal thugs who should be in jail if there were even a smidgen of justice. There should have been no moral equivalence. That was the first mistake by trump. He should have said it was all antifa's fault. They were the perpetrators and they caused all the trouble. If antifa aapl and antifa media and antifa republican senators don't like it, tough cookies.
Yep, the old school fascists are certainly out of favor. They are so yesterdays news. Enter the new age Soros funded commies to take their place. They are the anti-fascist fascists. Free speech? You bet, all you have do is agree with them 100% of the time on everything. Disagree, they have the right to bring violence and mayhem. They are justified after all. Fighting for social justice and all that. Claiming to hold the moral high ground through some loose connections with black folk, who have some ancestral connection with civil rights protestors, it is their right to carry on the message of hate and violence. Oh wait, that wasn't the message of those by gone protestors who actually had some real grievances to be angry about. Never mind that. Today we're fighting against hurt feelings and words we don't like. It's all the rage. Come one, come all.
The point remains. You can't give any moral standing to Nazi white supremacist fascists by lumping all violence together or by expanding the rhetoric to condemn lefties, or anyone else. There exists no moral equivalence at that fundamental level. That's why Trump is wrong and why you are being presumptuous in purporting to speak on the matter for all those constituencies which voted for him. Many Americans can, do, will and indeed have seen that basic moral distinction.
I agree. The handful of so-called Nazis pose no threat to anyone. Their views are anathema to 99% of Trump supporters. There is no evidence of them engaging in any violence either, except when directly attacked. The leftists/Marxists/antifa crowd however do pose a real and growing threat. They are well-financed by Soros and his crowd. It is obvious that these are largely professional agitators who travel around the country stirring up trouble. They now seem to represent the majority opinion of the democrat party. I have not heard one democrat or mainstream media figure criticize them. We have seen them riot all over the country with impunity from arrest by complicit police departments. They have denied a long list of conservative speakers and groups their First Amendment rights. They have engaged in arson, destruction of property, assaults and openly threatened and attacked Trump supporters of all stripes. The democrats use them as shock troops to disrupt political opposition. The fact the media and democrats(and some republicans) are now praising them is horrifying and constitutes a willful refusal to learn from history. Democrats are pretty smug now but I would not like to go into the elections with Maxine Waters and a bunch of commie scumbags as the faces of my party.
If we had an even semi-competent Attorney General, these antifa groups, their funding and their complicity with local governments would be under serious investigation, with a long list of indictments and civil rights actions against police departments and cities to follow.
So are you saying you do above all firstly, reject and condemn unequivocally the racial bigotry, anti-semitism and hatred in the form of those who support KKK's white supremacist Nazi fascist ideology who turned out at Charlottesville . Or not?
