BUT if he never existed, as you claim. Why quote him? In effect you're simply quoting those bronze age sheep herders who, according to you, pulled those stories out of their asses.
You might as well quote the tooth fairly or Santa Clause and try using that in your anti capitalist "arguments".

In one breath you're berating Christians for believing in Jesus. In the next you're quoting a nonexistent man and berating Christians for not following the teachings of that same nonexistent man.

    How fucking stupid is that?

So...how about those tooth fairy quotes I asked you for? Give me some of her words to live by.

But...but...your fellow leftists claim Jesus is a myth. Ergo anything he said or taught is also a myth. According to your fellow leftists.

LOL Jesus tell you that himself did he?

That's the first I've heard of that conspiracy theory. Maybe you should publish it in pie hole's conservative mindset thread.

Tax collectors were sinners. Those most in need of repentance and salvation.
So be socialist all you want... but if you want to claim Jesus would like it.. make sure you have an unfettered right to love God, practice religion and do it without personal income taxes.

    Why not?
What is this..your own personal "the first rule about no Jesus is, you don't talk about no Jesus" Club.

You must imagine people who say Santa ain't real can't quote Santa either.

It's not a case of whether he would like it, in the bible Jesus is declared a socialist styled lefty.

    As Wallet said:
"Typical, when the rebellious don’t like what Jesus says in condemnation, they misquote, taking out of context snippets of the Bible to reinforce their self-worship in an effort to ignore Divine authority.

Well done, you must have just done that again.

    no... you proclaimed him that.
if you read the bible in context you would understand that Jesus is not fond of men in political power. He advocates that the people take care of each other. He doesn't tell people to pay more taxes so Rome will take care of the poor.

  7. Yes he advocated that people take of each other. Good to hear jem understands this. Because he is confused about many things. The best way to take of people that all belong to one nation is a nationwide centralized welfare system. It is the most efficient and evenly applied regardless of location. Why the "Christian" libertarian righties don't understand this is a mystery. They talk the talk but don't really want to help people in a practical way.

because wise people understand that power corrupts... always. And big govt is the least efficient and least fair way of doing things historically.

The Soviet Union, easter block, venezuela, cuba, china. What thinking person would want to surrender control of the liberty to one centralized group of men.
