I gave up looking at funnymentals in the 80s, I use weekly charts and I do stay in for couple years at time. I got in Starbucks in 09 and out in 12, in 2009 there were many great stocks to buy and reason why is everyone was so down on the stock market, and many people down on market today, so I believe market will go much higher.

Look at oil stocks. This is an opportunity that hasn't come along in years. Groups and sectors do not necessarily move in tandem with each other or with the market.

I am one of those is fully invested in dividend stocks I bought in 2009 and will never sell unless I think end of bull is over, but I just don't see it. I have done many more option Credit Spreads both Calls/Puts when I see reversion to the mean in due.

LOL AMZN, I just can't trade that one, makes no sense other than options. I have generally stayed with Dow 30 and handful of Nasdaq of products I use.

Well, the bull market that began in the 80s lasted a lot longer than seven years. You're smart to stick with it.

I like watching Transport index the best, if there is reduction of hauling, economy is sinking.

Yes, it's a good idea to become familiar with other indices. I was watching the Construction Index from '05-'07.

    No thanks.
I think I will keep my personal business where it belongs.
If you want to believe that people don't trade and trade well by using charts, you keep doing whatever you are doing.
If it's working out for you, great!
