What motivates the attacks on J Hershey?

  1. Oh please! To claim Jack magically got out of his position trade during the brief moment on the following day that it was slightly profitable is laughable. If he was that good he would have shorted the stock instead.

For the bars shown, the maximum adverse excursion was -2,304 and the maximum favorable excursion was $208.

If that seems good to you it explains why you're defending him.

  4. I see, so what you are saying is you never entered a trade which looked good from the outset, only to have it not follow through and exit quickly in order to protect capital? I mean, what don't you get about that. I would understand if the trade was entered and the stock immediately fell, never letting him exit w/o a big loss. But thats not what happened here, the stock GAPPED UP the next day. This is exactly what you'd want to see had you gone LONG the previous day. The fact that it didn't continue higher after the gap is a clear sign that things arent shaping up (especially given the fact that the recent daily chart action had price moving down). Position trade or not, if the stocks action isn't giving you the positive feedback required to continue with the trade, you exit and re-evaluate. Had that gap continued higher, it would have been a nice profit. Given that it didn't work out, the market gave one ample time to get out unscathed. This is EXACTLY the best way to have things play out.

  8. How about the thread you started where you said Al Jazeera is the best, most balanced news source?

  9. Swordsman, one thing you have to admit about T28/rawfist - he's one of the most effective trolls we have ever seen. The guy is just relentless in his posting. And he has that crucial troll skill - if he makes a mistake or gets caught in a lie, he just steamrolls right on through, using smileys as if the whole thing were just a big joke to him. We nailed him asking for help with his trading. He posted a smiley. He asked "What are pivot points'? We nailed him, and he posted a smiley. He called the market long at the exact top of a move. We posted the links, and he posted a smiley. Just a joke.

However, we know better. This isn't a joke... it's his life. Remember, this is a man who has grown to over 400 pounds in weight and is considering gastric bypass in order to save his life. You usually don't get to 400 pounds without serious psychological problems, and T28/rawfist's obsession with an internet personna whom he's never met surely indicates trouble. You don't get banned 42 times and create new usernames if you aren't experiencing some sort of pain.
