  1. I think he is trying to the passive vs. active income thing.

  2. Dalmation is always on the wrong page, active income is the subject of this thread, if he wants to inject a new variable then he should make that clear. :)

  3. Man, I wonder why I even try to help

One EARNS a living. That has nothing to do with real wealth-- unless becoming a hermit like millionaire next door type when you are 65 is your aspiration.

One CREATES wealth. There is a giant chasm between the 2.

  4. I hear ya, but this is OFF TOPIC. Did you even read the OP? My answers have been based off of the OP's premise. If you had a system that earned 100 mil per year (his words not mine) would you rather be rich and anonymous or rich and celebrity.

My answer was, if I was the owner of such system, to remain low key and out of the public eye. I'm not sure why this is ticking you off so much. You would do things differently, that's cool.

  6. Just pointing out your clear misunderstanding of wealth, Fireplace

On page 7 you state Earning wealth--- any one with wealth or knowledge of it would understand the complete folly of this statement. You list brains and discipline as precursors to earning. You think like a worker not like the wealthy. the wealthy create, they don't earn. Lesson number 1. Thank me later.

dalmation ,you are being smug, there are billions of people in the world,to think that you hold the answer above all others is like a two year old tying her shoe for the first time,we all know there are many more lessons to follow...

  9. ...and imo is a large part of why your experience has been what it has with the wealthy - a large part of that requires sales/marketing and their wealth has a correlation to making themselves or their points of view known, hence a disposition towards celebrity.

Trading isn't isolated from this imo.

    Happy long weekend all:cool:

  10. Your alias is perfect--- very nicely said! Your post clarifies what I am trying to get across.

The prevalent myth of the lone genius cracking the code, is just that a myth.

    Enjoy the long weekend!
