  1. Quote from qdz2:

Hey, whoever is looking for a specialist. Please drop me a line. I am working out to make myself faster, stronger, and enduring longer so that I can fit the job.

    Thanks.

What you need to focus on is learning to steal from your mother and then raping her. If you could do that I will give you a contact at LaBranche & CO

  2. what are you complaining about? you got the best price of the day. plus you could of sold ah last night in the 85s. i dont think the specialist did anything wrong in this case.

He had a position and lost money so he gaped it further then he had to so he could average down and monday he will unload it. When they lose they average down and drop the bid so they can pick up more stock at a better price. IBM is notorious for it. The specialist makes 10 mil a year on that stock.

The way I see it is the specialist is always wrong and he owes me money.

There is nothing wrong with hating the specialist - even if your reason is capricious. :D

Its a closed system that needs to be opened up to competition so that it starts reflecting true market based price discovery.

    A couple of things:

    1. If your so sure of this, I hope you bot on the close to particpate with him.

    2. I guess every MM for MSFT had the same idea. It gapped even more this morning.

    3. Why take a big position long overnight in front of earnings?

Sorry, I just don't quite follow your reasoning.
