You don’t understand what you’re doing is absurd. You’re asking a hypocritical question to validate your source because there is no basis to what is being alleged.

Think about that and how unserious you’re being.

Where did I ask to validate ZH? I asked a simple question. Maybe you'd like to answer. Regardless of who reports, if someone transmits classified information to their personal unsecured email address, (that being a federal offense) should they be held accountable?

Simple question, should be a simple answer.

Again, you’re asking a hypothetical because there is no basis. All you’re doing is changing the subject to uphold an accusation without basis.

    It’s absurd.

You can't held people responsible for UNMARKED classified information, end of story. Otherwise government can imprison anyone after declaring ANYTHING classified.

    Here is the DoD standard

    (b) As used in subsection (a) of this section— The term “classified information” means information which, at the time of a violation of this section, is, for reasons of national security, specifically designated by a United States Government Agency for limited or restricted dissemination or distribution;

Every classified document shall show on the first page, title page, or front cover (hereafter referred to as “the face of the document”), the originating DoD Component and office and the date of the document’s origin. This information shall be clear enough to allow someone receiving the document to contact the preparing office if issues or questions about the classification arise."

PORTION MARKS. Every classified document shall show, as clearly as is possible, which information in it is classified and at what level."

Were these standards met? If no, then you were a victim of fake news from ZH, a notorious fake news site.

This is the classic liberal deception. Classified material is not transmitted over unsecured means. It is on secured servers. Not accessible to ones personal computer. To transmit anything "marked classified or not" that was on a state department secured server over any other means is against the law.

The only way a person can do this is to copy the material and then scan or retype the classified material into a new email and send it. It can not be forwarded from a State secured sever to any unsecured source. The act of copying anything from these servers is a federal crime regardless of your intent.

Hillary, Huma, et al. They all were guilty of this crime which was swept under the rug and misreported.

AGAIN, was it KNOWN to be classified material at the point of transmission, that's the KEY POINT.

Did it meet the DOD standard at the time of transmission, YES OR NO. It's a very simple question. How can you hold people responsible for something that wasn't marked or designated as classified, are they supposed to read entire documents, identify classification and then carry out their regular jobs of transmitting?

Answer my simple question, did Huma copy the headers 'CONFIDENTIAL' etc while transmitting the info? Otherwise how exactly was she supposed to know? Are personal assistant's authorities on classified info now?

    Classical Con deception.

And another important point, Hillary Clinton was the head of the state department and an Original Classification Authority - anything generated in her department is for her to say whether it's classified or not, it's impossible for her to break the law as you say. Just like Trump didn't break the law when he gave highly classified info to Russians since he is the authority for all classified information in the entire government, Hillary in the same way was the head of all classified info in the state department.

Stop reading fake news, get some facts.

One more time slowly so you can understand. It doesn't matter the classification posted on the memo or note (actually State Dept Personel are instructed that the content of a document makes it classified not the desigation or marking and how to interprete this info.) but back to the point. All secured State Dept memo's email, etc. are sent on secured, basically quarantined, servers. They are not connected to the www.

The only way these can be transmitted to one's personal email or computer is to copy and resend it off the State Dept's system. That act is a federal crime. It doesn't matter how it was classified or marked at the time or a persons intent.

Hillary regardless of her position, to send any State Dept business over her home brewed server was a violation of the law and she knew it. If she didn't she was too stupid to hold the office.

Who says it doesn't matter? First, you were talking about CLASSIFIED material being sent on unclassified channels - however to break the law in that case, one must have to show that the person KNEW the material was classified.

Second, now you are saying that the document regardless of classification status had to be sent on secure but UNCLASSIFIED state department channels because state.gov is NOT a classified system - so even if she did that, it has NOTHING to do with classified material laws and at worst she broke some state department rule for she may face administrative sanctions. Is this the biggest beef you got with her?

This is an absolute lie, state the statute involved for this 'federal crime', I will wait

By your logic, why isn't Trump being prosecuted for giving classified info to Russians? He knew it was classified or is he the stupidest person to hold the office? And by the way, state department email servers were regularly hacked, if she used that system, her emails like everyone else's in government would be in the hands of Russians and Chinese.

    Talk about Whatsboutism?

One more time, it doesn't matter the classification, you're the one making the point about classification prior to sending, which is a non-sequitur as State Dept personnel are instructed that content not designation classifies transmissions. To take any State Dept transmission off inter-department servers and transmit it over any other means is a crime.

You can crap all over yourself trying to confuse the facts but it's real simple, Hillary and her bunch are all guilty. Problem is everyone in the DOJ is dickless and won't prosecute anyone.

No, it's not whataboutism - I never said Trump should be prosecuted for it, I pointed to him as an example and I can cite dozens of cases where nobody in government was charged for simply transmitting information to other government officials. How do you think Huma and Hillary got all these emails in their inbox?

As I have asked you previously, please state this statute of this 'federal crime' where government officials can be charged for sending non classified information over unclassified channels. You can say many more times, I just want to see the facts.

If Hillary and her bunch are all guilty then why isn't Trump DOJ prosecuting them? If Trump can fire Comey to save his criminal buddies, he can't instruct his own lackeys to start an investigation over dinner? Or he isn't in charge at all?
