That's like saying flip over a playing card and identify face value and suit staring you in the face. Eazy peazy after the fact.
%% I'M looking in his book + table of contents now,[AMZN] ,speed read for treasure soemetimesLOL. Great Dave Landry chapter title =READY, Set ,Wait. So true, with a lot of trend study...............................................................................
Deceleration and reversal of rate of change. (and personally I wouldn't touch volume with an 11 foot pole.)
That’s a lot of sizzle. The steak is priced too cheap if it’s half as good as you make it sound. The volume histogram falls off a cliff at the end of every formation and always alternates colors. My take is that it masks relevant data. Nonetheless, putting volume at the forefront is a good approach.
This is not in support of sales people advertising their products. I use volume based charts, which are a great way of identifying trend reversals. As an illustration every BLUE DOT on this volume based chart is a signal for a reversal. Works for me.
%% Good + I've seen reversals of all kinds of volume . But volume could help a bit, in liquid markets as an example; a real close to average volume proves why seldom if ever see charts, with volume on top right edge. Both price + volume are required for any order, so cant really ignore all volume. NO volume is a red flag or market is closed.
