I believe you said something like that in the past. Predictable, but sad. Since you obviously did not read my previous few posts or did not understand them, I will be skipping past your posts. It is a dreadful waste of time talking to someone who is the embodiment of the problem I said above. I doubt you would "take them apart." You are a 3 year old with a hammer, waiting to bash everything, because he himself has no clue why he exists. You say "no" to everything. Being a 3 dimensional thinker in an 11 dimensional universe (based on current cosmological theory), you cannot see regardless of anything anyone would say. You would continue being the skeptic, even if God himself walked into the room. As to the others, I will look into some items. They will not be things taken apart by an enlightened group. However, everything will be taken apart by those who close their eyes.
Some Biblical scholars have concluded that I said only about 20% of the things the New Testament quotes me as saying. Actually, its less than that. The four popular gospels are actually novels. They are cut-and-paste, virtually copied from earlier sources...then spiced to taste. Matthew and Luke copied from the same source, and also copied from Mark. Biblical scholarship assumes that if many sources say the same thing, it must be true. That doesn't fly when the earlier sources are the same, same and incorrect, or "lost" after they've been changed in translation. Though Mark is the oldest, it is second in order that the series start more like a novel. So Matthew and a long genealogy tracing my heritage back to King David was put first. This was to emphasize a fulfillment of a prophecy regarding a virgin birth. But actually, the prophecy only states that "a young woman shall give birth to him". It never said that a virgin will give birth. And had such a birth occurred, it ironically would have nullified the genealogy, because it is traced back through Joseph. These are novels. Besides that, the New Testament is a continuation of the Old in it's basic thought paradigm. As the road was paved from the Old to the New, my message was paved over and flattened by heavy machinery. The novels that became the Gospels were written 20 to 60 years after the letters of Paul. Paul married his understanding of the Old Testament with some of the ideas my early followers had floated, and came up with a New Sacrifice and the resurrection Of The Body. He also carried over the concept of a God of Wrath, and a license to both Bless and Curse out of the same mouth. Thomas, and a few others suspected correctly, that resurrection is of the mind and has nothing to do with the body. But this was rejected by Paul and the emerging church. Thomas was marginalized. The emphasis on mind awakening-resurrecting was carried forth by the gnostics. As gospels were destroyed, the works of Thomas and of gnostics were buried side by side for protection. As a result, you will find that what passes for Christianity involves: A. A God who makes all of time, space and form...including bodies. B. The reality of guilt C. The idea that some guilt is unforgivable. D. Time limits regarding choice. E. The idea that guilt can be vicariously expiated by sacrifice. F. A New Earth for resurrected - "glorified" - bodies to live on eternally under obedience to Godly rule. None of these concepts are anything I taught. They are carry-overs from Old notions repackaged for sale to a New audience. All of them lended themselves to popularity, and so to usefulness in the hands of emperors beginning with Constantine. As you read the New Testament, remember that I told my disciples that there were many things they would understand later...because they were not yet ready to follow me wholeheartedly. In time, some of them are still working out their salvation. When you consider that salvation is for a mind gone mad, you can easily understand what seems to have gone wild...and also easily forgive those who made efforts despite thier handicaps. There is no sacrifice that will mend a mad mind. Rather, sacrifice is what drives minds mad. Mercy and peace restore a mind to sanity. The New Testament is an ambiguous symbol that is not readily understood. Only the Holy Spirit Himself could possibly reinterpret it for it to have any meaning whatsoever. And having done so, it is not recognizable to those who cherish the above list of erroneous fallacies. But it will be recognizable to those who love the truth. Remember this: All ignorance is actually repression that exists in order to produce a particular effect for a specific reason. The world itself emerges out of just this type of ignorance. Can you expect it's institutions to be unlike their father? In such a world, I work "underground". Jesus
I am quoted correctly as saying, "The Kingdom of God is within you". That statement is broadcast, like good seed, to all alike, believers and unbelievers. It makes no difference, the Kingdom of God is within all, without exception. The Kingdom of God does not arrive inside you by your belief in it. However, the Kindom and its Light do emerge in your experience as you believe in them enough to invite them to your awareness with a determined, vigilant approach. The fact is, both the Kingdom of Light and the kingdom of darkness are in your mind. Everything you see with the eyes of the body is the kingdom of darkness. And despite the appearance that it is outside of you, it is still within your mind. It is set up to appear that you are its subject, and it is your ruler. This includes any concept of a God that is outside and apart from you. For if the Kingdom of Light is within you, then God is within you also. "Within" is the opposite of "apart". There is no separation between you and God but in your own mind. It is not a joke. The entire Kingdom of God is within your mind. Simultaneously, your mind is within the Kingdom of God. So then, what the "hell" are you doing? You are making a hell out of thoughts that clutter up the mind that God gave you. These thoughts cover the Light, making your mind dark. None of the thoughts that make up this world are God's thoughts. Therefore they are not real thoughts. Yet you are "lost" among them. You must therefore "seek" the thoughts of God within your own mind, that are buried under a fog of unreal thoughts about yourself. "Seek and you shall find"...but only if you look where they may be found. The world you see is made up of thoughts generated by a belief in separation from God. And having judged yourself separated and guilty, this entire world is a made-up series of one misjudgment after another. Because it is a world of judgement, it ends when you stop judging. That is the meaning of the "last judgment". For God, who created the mind that you are using for self-destruction. does not judge, nor condemn. The entire world is self-condemnation. It is a judgement fest, despite the fact that within it, you are judged with the same measure that you judge with. This world is not real because none of the thoughts making it are real. Understand why you are thinking them, and you may begin to find your way out. You think you are guilty of something. I say you are not. Take back your innocence and return home. Jesus
ahhhhhha so this is your "democratic ally" ahhhhhhha Category: News & Opinion (General) Topic: News & Current Events Synopsis: Middle East's "Only Democracy" takes minister to curb for banned missionary activity Source: BosNewsLife News Center Published: August 19, 2007 Author: Eric Leijenaar and Stefan J. Bos For Education and Discussion Only. Not for Commercial Use. JERUSALEM, ISRAEL (BosNewsLife)â An American evangelical pastor and his wife working in Israel for nearly two decades have been ordered to leave the country within 14 days, because of their alleged involvement in missionary work. Ron Cantrell, 59, and his wife Carol, 54, have run a small Jerusalem-based group, âShalom Shalom Jerusalem,â for the past four years. Cantrell previously worked for Bridges for Peace, an evangelical organization, for fourteen years. Two of the coupleâs children have married Israelis and have Israeli ID cards, Israeli media said. Yet the Cantrellâs request for permanent residency was turned down, BosNewsLife learned Friday, August 17, apparently because of their evangelical activities. Interior Ministry officials said the decision was made following suspicions that Cantrell was involved in missionary work, The Jerusalem Post news paper reported. Israeli authorities have banned active Christian mission work among Jews. However Ron Cantrell has denied he was involved in mission work among Jews, saying his organization "only collects money for Israel and social projects among new immigrants" to the Jewish state, including Jews from the former Soviet Union. While working for Bridges for Peace, Cantrell received a special residence permit but that was changed into a temporary "tourist visa" when he began his activities for âShalom Shalom Jerusalemâ, the pastor said. A tourist visa has to be renewed every three months. Cantrell said he wanted to change "this unworkable situation" by applying for "a permanent residence permit" but Israeli authorities declined to give him this document. FUTURE UNCLEAR It was not immediately clear if and when Pastor Cantrell will be able to return to Israel. The case has underscored concerns among foreign Christians working in Israel about what they see as growing pressure of Orthodox Jewish groups and authorities on evangelical believers. Despite these developments, there are underground evangelical churches in Israel attended by Jewish people, BosNewsLife learned from well-informed sources speaking on condition of anonymity. In a commentary, The Jerusalem Post said the issue also made clear "the delicate balancing act evangelical Christian supporters of Israel face, between proselytizing, which is banned in Israel, and their fundamental belief that the return of the Jews to the Holy Land was foretold in the Scriptures and heralds the return of the Messiah."
Some of you may be not be bringing something into consideration about our written history. Only a very few could read or write back in the days of the bible stories, and most of those very few were Monks and other religous elite. You can imagine how few others added anything to the mix, heck even now we have a pretty poor literacy rate, worldwide. Going back to the earliest writings, from Sumeria I believe, dated 3100BC. Modern Iraq as a coincidence. Hebrew writing about 1000 BC. Most of the early bible was attributed to the time frame between those dates. Passing along of oral history is plagued with obvious exaggerations and outright story telling. Revisionist history by the victors of wars and or conquerors. Our own history books about the settling of the Indian wars is very subject when analyzed closely. My point is that no one knows about the bible for sure. There was no way of public scrutiny when 99% of the population was illiterate. Their only source of information was from the mouths of religious preachers of whatever their particular faith might be. This can certainly lead to the masses' belief systems early on. All we know for sure it that we're all here on the planet together, with, no matter how you look at it, no matter how extreme your religous beliefs might be, we are simply here together. Did God need to be invented by Man? Who knows. We do know that the history of man was written by the many men from days gone by. Some believe that God passed on to man all that he wanted us to know, and then used Free Will as a way of explaining the bad things that happen. c
Why do you suppose it is that God has never made an attempt to show himself other than to a few ignorant sheepherders thousands of years ago who thought thunder and lightening were god speaking?
I don't think the Real Jesus wanted his teachings to stop evolving and remain in the stone age. What was written was all they were able to comprehend mixed in with alot of good old fashion marketing. In the recent earthquake disaster there was a schoolhouse of young children trapped in rubble begging & praying to be saved...they all perished. Less than a mile away was a prison full of criminals...they all survived. WHERE IS THIS PERSONAL GOD YOU ARE SO CONVINCED OF? HELO?

Why do you call me "good"? I don't "know" anything. But I want to know everything. An interest in only the truth tends to bring it to one's awareness, one way or another, with a high degree of certainty, as much as perception allows. When truth presents itself, you will recognize it if truth is what you want. Truth cannot be learned. It can only be recognized and accepted. This is a world of perception, not the absolute certainty of knowledge. This is Doubtland. Only here would you see a "Mrs. Doubtfire". This world is a mask on reality...the land of certain knowlege. All we can do is line up perceptions with reality as closely as possible by allowing a correct interpretation of what we seem to see. Indications we are doing this include a thought system with internal consistency that looks at the macro picture to offer clarification, not confusion. I present parts of a seamless thought system for recognition and acceptance, or rejection. Challenges are appreciated. Thanks for your patience! Jesus
