I would like to hear other people's thoughts on this one. every currency seem to be stinking right now except usd jpy and some extent the chf the chf has their own problems, the jpy depends on a declining stock market to thrive and the lower sp500 goes the worse the R/R ratio looks, now with the BOJ with their finger on the buy button its like your trading with a 100-200pip spread given that they will pound you at any moment This leaves the dollar, I actually quite happy to hear the bears trashing the dollar with mean reversion in their minds, this leads one to believe this market has further to run. the 'dollar can only go down' bubble is bursting, but this market has been so volatile that I dont want to get tied to a strong view
It's not that the US is strong as much as the EURO and CAN are worthless third world currencies. The oil bubble has burst, Can going back 0.65 The EU has proven to be a fraud, going back to 0.80
