This thread is inspired by the writings of Mark Douglas, an author who has changed many traders' lives for the better... I will kick off by suggesting what Trading in the Zone means for me... In the context of my intraday trading, trading in the zone for me is a day free of emotions (mostly anyways), when I am trading more or less like a robot, taking small losses automatically and getting good gains... a day when I know I don't need to glance at my P&L, cos I know I am trading well... a day when I see probabilities clearly and know I have an edge... a day which I don't want to end... What is the zone for you?
