What is the worst thing you do when you get mad at a bad trade?

What is worse is a bad day all around. I would always take the next day off.

 

The worst thing you can do after a bad trade?
I would say "give up."
Sometimes I just have a good cry when it is a really stupid loss.....

 

taking a loss is more courageous than taking a win: that's how you can reassure yourself

 

I still think thump'in the fleshy hose is better! It also make a "satisfying thunk" and you usually "don't hurt your wrists" (depending of course, on your technique).
