don't look now, but behind your back, everyone that you think works for you knows that you only live because they allow you to.
"capitalism" = "asking permission for cash" "government" has assumed mommy and daddy position. want a raise in your allowance? or want to be used to support your mommy and daddy's retirement?
Mommy, why do you take so much of my money? Daddy, why are you killing so many people overseas? Mommy/Daddy? Why don't you love me?
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-...-job-creators-commentary-by-nick-hanauer.html Here's the reality, printed in this article for all to see. But I don't expect the puppets to understand it. It's in direct conflict with what these simpletons are brainwashed into believing.
Most of "brainwashing" comes down to convincing the subject that the authority figure is mommy or daddy. If you are in the press, well I think we should all start calling Obama, "Dad". Hillary Clinton is "Mom". This works at all levels by the way. So... next time you want a raise, call your boss "Dad". Walk in to your boss' office right now and say, "Hey Dad, I got a girl pregnant. Can I have a raise in my allowance?" You can skip the "in my allowance" part if you're shy.
when hunting stock dwindles the first thing we do is lower bag limits and set aside "no hunting" grounds for wildlife habitat. If the republicans were running the show the first thing they would do is elimate the hunting liscence fee and lower taxes on firearms. No wonder the democrats complain the republican party is the party of the rich. Thanks, I read the article. To be a little more cynical, when you think about it, much of the engine which drives the economy is the process of the rich taking money from the poor. People walk into Walmart. It's Walmart's job to get their money. I've often thought the best idea is just to take all the money and give it to the poor. It wouldn't cost us anything since all they do is spend and their spending stimulates business and people begin hiring and innovating new ways to get the money from them. Taxing the rich? That's where I disagree. It makes no difference if you allow the top 1% to live totally tax free. There are so few of them and it's mathmatically impossible for the top 1% to increase. Sure the amount they own can increase, but that doesn't mean someone else has less. This idea that money sitting in a bank is unproductive baffles me. The money is not just sitting there, it is working all the time.
That's not a bad idea, except the poor are usually pretty childish and will blow all the money on bubble gum and plastic toys and dildos and cocaine. That wouldn't be the best economy in the world. Oh wait! That's what we have today!!
The logical conclusion to that economic analysis is the people in charge are spending money on dildos cocaine and plastic toys and coca cola and bubble gum. That means the people in charge are the children. So maybe oldtime is right. Maybe the poor are less childish than the people in charge.
