what is the meaning of this sentence?

  1. This is a standard message so that you are aware of what your monthly bill will be. I doubt you were charged anything for March so you will be charged $249 for April. If you can open a trading account by the end of the month then we will waive your software fee for May and it is likely you won't have any software
    fees if you trade with us.

    Let me know if you have any questions on switching to a trading platform later on.

    What you quoted from them is not clear.
    They should know -- not doubt -- about your March charge.

    It sounds like they are going to charge you $249 for using their software. They want you to open an account with them. If you do, and you use it (they will probably require a certain number of trades per month), they will not charge you again (for the software).

    But this $249 charge will stand.

  9. I wouldn't pay them at all. Cancel it all. That letter makes no sense. If you are having this many problems before you open an account, then I'm sure your problems will only get BIGGER after you start trading with them.
