What is the ES limit?

1. What is the highest it can go between now and tommorrow's close?
70 pts, I THINK..but not 100%

2. CME website:

"Price Limits corresponding to a 5.0%, 10.0%, 15.0% and 20.0% decline below the Settlement Price of the preceding RTH session."

It does not say anything about limit up.

7. Q10 Are CME Group price limits in effect for both up and down markets?
A10 Price limits are in effect for down markets only during Regular Trading Hours (RTH). Electronic
Trading Hours (ETH) have both up and down limits.
Q11 What are the ETH limits?
A11 For CME Globex non-pit trading hours, there is a single price limit set at 5%. Trading may occur only
at or above the 5% price limit on the downside and at or below the 5% limit on the upside. If stock
index futures are limit bid or limit offered two minutes prior to 8:30 a.m. Central time in the lead month
futures contract, then there will be a trading halt until 8:30 a.m. At 8:30 a.m., the 5% limit is
removed. CME Globex trading will be delayed until 6:00 p.m. CT if an NYSE trading halt is in effect at
3:00 p.m. CT or if the lead month futures contract in the E-mini S&P 500 futures is limit offered at 3:15
p.m. CT.
Q12 Do U.S. index options on futures halt or trade in conjunction with futures trading halts?
