Now that is what you call a real job - time to get back to the normal everyday work - gardening:)

How did you know? Actually I'll be sandblasting and painting a 97 Volvo truck. The weather is finally nice here in Jax. So I have no more excuses.--Swimr.

Only a fool will sit behind a screen all day and give back money that he has already made - the goal should be consistent "adequate" profits, not a fortune, as there is no need for one:)

That 1530 seems late. I used to try to catch last call at 315 or so--that last push in the direction of the daily Or afternoon trend. I'd try to be out by 330 as if I made a mistake after 330 there was no time to work it out. Haven't traded equities in awhile so trade may have changed. I was also told not to fade the afternoon trend.--Swimr

There is always a lot of "balancing" done at the close of business - there can be some good opportunities based on who is balancing "today".

OK it's lunchtime in New York. Everyone open your computers and start.trading! Size! So the dingdong whose trapped in his loser doesn't have to puke it out after staring at the screen for two and a half hours then reenter after he's used up all his mental energy for the day probably trying to pick a bottom or finally jumping on that move just before it turns around and goes.the other way 45 points and your takes out your stop.which was at 40 points cause the market at the time could never go there.

  9. Does it even matter what day of the week the trade operation is done? As long as you do your research and know the stock you're invested in, you should have no troubles choosing the best timing to short or whatever you intend to do.

From what I've heard - Mondays tend to bring unexpeced news. I saw a lot of people who's justify a falling stock by something like ''Don't mind people, it's okay, a simple Monday practice''. Not sure how it is connected though. Maybe someone can clarify that for me?

Omg please put your trading money in an envelope and send it to charity where it can have a decent home.--Swimr
