I've put this in as an example to look at. I believe this would be covered in what they are already planning to do with the Trade Panel custom buttons.
for me bookmap gives the best view of price movement. the ability to see prior level of large liquidity make the picture clearer. there is also the cvd feature.
Our DOM history and our Big Trades Study would be similar to Bookmap. We also have Cumulative Delta. We'll look into the CVD feature.
Hi Mark: The Sierra Chart DoM and keyboard shortcuts (hot keys) are highly customizable. You can set it up for execution with TT through multiple brokers. I don't know much about Motive Wave, but SC has a much, much lighter CPU/RAM load than either TS or MC. I am an independent trader and not a SC rep.
re: OP's question My current favorite DoM is SierraChart, because it is so customizable. Chart studies can be applied to the DoM. I credit CALLumbus from ET here for the lead on SC.
You should test out MotiveWave's DOM. With our Version 6 beta, our DOM is very comparable to Sierra Chart's.
Hi Leigh, do you have a video that shows how MotiveWave's DoM displays & handles partial orders as they are filled? TIA Would also like to see the order management window in the video, if available please.
We don't currently have a video on that yet. If you email support@motivewave.com, they may be able to create a quick informal video showing you that functionality.
