What is NLP?

  1. ...if you don't already know him, IMO the absolute best trading advice is in Mark Douglas' two books, of which Trading in the Zone is the best.

If you are interested in personality theory, from the point of view of changing your own, I recommend the books out of the '50s by Karen Horney (that's pronounced Hoar-Nigh'), in case you wondered). I was totally unaware of her work until Victor Sperandeo strongly recommended her in this first book. IMO absolutely the best theory of personality out there, and eminently useable for self analysis and improvement. The guards here all agree it has worked wonders for me.

  2. I have sat thru sessions about NLP, but never could figure out how they were implying to get the job done using it...ie: how to "install" the programming on your hard drive in order to get the job done.

Goto eBay and type in hypnosis and NLP. You can buy, watch, then resell just about every NLP/hynosis video there.

I always liked the video tape "How to hypnotize others" by Marshall Sylver ... about $5 on eBay. Really interesting stuff.

His "Persuasion and Influencing Others" is also full of good info.

For a fascinating way to view logic and how the human mind works, check out Hubbard's management series:

Specifically the Logic Series. I'm not a Scientology fan, however this series is probably the best book on Logic and how the human mind works. Incedently, these books are the operator's manuals Hubbard wrote on how to run Scientology.

  10. yes, it is a cool concept. however, it belongs in the realm of science fiction. don't you see the obvious logical inconsistencies ? the supposed remote viewers use a technique known as "ambiguous specificity" to make it appear that they "saw" things remotely. the other incidents of same are either outright scams or just "lucky".

    best,
