So why do you trade on it? you have so many options for platforms platforms https://optimusfutures.com/Futures-Trading-Platforms.php
Should change broker and that is not easy, but cannot give details. I work with more brokers, not only this one.
I travel a lot and use a 17" laptop and a 22" extra screen. Charts on the 22" screen and brokers on the laptop screen. For each broker I have DOM and windows for open and filled orders. If I change the resolution from 1920x1080, things get crowded and not enough space to put everything. Even at 1440x900 the buttons are still less than 5mm high. If I lower resolution till the buttons have a decent size, I will have no place to put anthing else anymore. But for me it is unbelievable that the buttons are so small. Did the people who designed it ever trade? Or ask advice from somebody who trades? Doubling the height till 8mm would cost only a small space of the screen and at least it would be easier to click on. I cannot take an extra monitor as it does not fit in my luggage for plane.
I traded on 4, 24" monitors at 1920x1200 and could see fine on what I traded on. Never used a laptop for anything but back up.
I did the same. Till I started to travel a lot. Charts are not a problem, they are on my 22" screen, the buttons on the trading platform are the problem. Try to travel 30-50 times a year and carry all this with you in a plane. You will quickly switch to a laptop. Even the 22" monitor was difficult to find as it should fit in handluggage (will never put this in normal luggage as they throw with it).
Yes, but only one that has a complete wide of less than 50,5 cm which is the inner size of the maximum allowed handluggage. All 22" screen have a wide that is bigger than 50,5 cm, so they don't fit in the luggage.
I haven't read the full description of what your button does but in TradeStation you can create buttons to do anything you can write hooks for ...and any size you desire. mybutton=button.create("button text label", button width, button height");
