What is happening to the capital gains tax starting tomorrow?

    Sorry I am unclear on this I know it is going up but what rate will it be at tomorrow?

    I believe dividends will be taxed at your usual income tax rate. Long term capital gains tax will be 20% I believe but I am not positive on that
