What the heck are some of you talking about? If a corporation is providing the best priced goods and services to it's customers, then it is by definition benefiting "the american people" the most. You seem to think that the employees who work for the company are the only "americans" that count. drivel

    .................................................................

One of the main benefits of capitalism is being able to create the highest valuations possible for the assets employed...

This is called the stock market...

If assets are not represented as stocks then it is very likely that their highest values are not represented...

This is where Fidel...Chavez...etc...have it all wrong...
without capitalism ...there is less money to spread around....

    .........................................................................

What is becoming of increasing importance is the capitalization of assets across the globe..and thus the merging of electronic stock exchanges...through this effort ...worthy assets have a shot at realizing their highest values...

    ............................................................................

Thus the stage is set....the struggle to be getting the worlds assets on board....and the dividing of the winnings....
    ............................................................................

The simple example being....If there is $27 Trillion in assets vs $5 trillion in assets....obviously there is more liquid money to share in the system as a whole.....
