Actually it is driving the oil prices so high up ... that countries head for nuclear plants ... with our stealth satellites we can then blow up any nuclear plant within seconds ... making all countries potential bombs ... we can do the same with humans ... and every human will then be a potential virus ... (actually that is respecting humans far beyond what they deserve, as they are more worthless than viruses)
