I was hoping for a hat size today. my embedded downside gamma would have made me a couple of baby lambos.
Who's parroting MSNBC now? So tell us... what was the crime being covered up? Was it accounting fraud, election interference or something else? And where else in our legal system can a judge instruct a jury to simply decide individually among 3 or more crimes (that were secondary to the alleged falsification - page 31, but I'm sure you already know that) in order to reach a finding of guilt. Nowhere in the verdict form or in the audible transcripts were any jurors required to disclose the alleged crime being covered up. So the result is a case where someone is convicted of 34 felonies and we're left to guess what the actual crimes were. All of this proves that the testimony, facts and six week show was largely irrelevant as the verdict was in long ago. From an actual legal standpoint, this has no shot of standing up on appeal with any legitimate court. I also feel like this little stunt may backfire in a big way.
The cult does not read nor understand facts. They only reiterate what their victim savior lies about, quoted like scripture. Lack of intention to see beyond their confirmation bias and absent direct intervention, they are beyond help.
According to CBS article charges seem trivial and a lot of leeway in interpretation. Seems like every business is guilty. Miami bound
