    Jesi;
    And IBM option volium[spell checker says volume] is not so lowly;
    300-9000=4500 plus average , is plenty for option, in a day.

    I realize that English may not be your first language, but try to explain in different words or in more than one sentence.

    As I said before, "People don't want to increase them gain/loss?" doesn't make any sense, not so much in terms of English grammar, but in terms of what you actually mean by that.

  4. Volume yesterday for the IBM July and August 75 and 80 calls totalled around 20K contracts, or the equivalent of 2 million shares, while IBM's volume was 8 million. That's not too small.

    What I do find surprising is that options on SPY a dollar or two in or out of the money have such small volumes. July 118 calls had a volume of 105 yesterday. SPY's volume was 42 million.

    RE;How you say

    A man asked me, learning english one day;
    said ''how you say
    in english, a picture is worth 2,ooowords?????

    I said thats how you say it in english , a picture is worth 2,ooo words. Charts give a picture.

    Dont know why SPY options volume has been a bit low, ;
    of course the bid /ask spread on all options is high compared to stocks.''People dont want to [buy] to increase
    thier gain '' Jessi asked /meant
    ,perhaps because of that high bid/ask.:cool:
