What is best commission rate at a prop?

The best I've heard is .0045 per share for moderate volume on stocks. Anything better?

 

that's truthfully a terrible rate.

 

IB is .005.

 

I know some places that charge Zero Commission but take a larger percentage of profits.

 

That's because they put up all the money and take all the risk.

I need a prop firm that will charge me 0 in commissions and let keep 100% of the profits while they take all of the risks. Do you know of such a firm?
