What indicator is this? (VST?)

What is going on at the bottom of this chart?

(sorry I don't know what this is... it was an attachment on some post but I lost that post...)

What are all the red dots and green dots? They're all opposite of each other (ie. red will be 1 2 3 4 5 and green will be 6 7 8 9 10 or red will be 1 2 8 9 10 and green will be 3 4 5 6 7.

THat looks like he is plotting the bid/ask values for each price. Seeing that chart for a while I just realized what he was showing here.

 

Can anyone post an archived version of the image? It doesn't seem to be here anymore.
