I still don't get it, if someone made it really good, why not post some evidence later on for motivational purposes and as a told you so against naysayers? I swear we won't ask for a loan... :)

  2. Thanks for putting my reportage on ignore. The truth hurts when read by fantasists. Just please stop posting on the surf report and start adding value here ( if u can) rather than gossping like the ladies referenced in your post above

  3. Timmy Sykes tried the tactic u mention and was relentlessly attacked by the losers on here. Its been done, and it does not work.

  4. Its based on research. Numerous academic papers- if u a truly interested in this, send me a PM and Ill share with u.

    For the non academic --
A good place to start is the book "evidence based technical analysis' by my friend David Aronson. Next, read "practical speculation" by niederhoffer. Next "winner take all" by william gallacher-- more parable than hard evidence but it teaches the right way to think about the markets.

As u can see from the "hate" -- stealth vendors and the market itself has a vested interest in keeping u believing.

    enjoy,

If you are really successful, why you care about the naysayers? Let them doubt.

Reward comes from helping those who appreciate you help.:sneaky:

Ask Trump. Why people care about anything? They just do. Anyhow, let's say your high school teacher told you, you never going to be good at anything. Wouldn't you send him a picture of you holding the Nobel prize or the Oscars?

You know it doesn't work like that.

Seriously, when I was in school, some kids did not have potential and then went on to some big award of big job later in life...they did not go back to school or some high school re-union to prove anything.

Those that didn't have potential to do anything, they were never single out by a teacher and then told you'll never be good at anything except in one rare case. The school I attended knew about the psychological reports of a teacher or administration doing such to a student...they had a policy (disciplinary actions taken against the teacher).

Many schools these days have policies and standards to protect students from teachers like that.

In fact, one teacher at my school did do such (a substitute teacher) in a rare situation out of anger. Parents of the student filed a complaint and then the teacher was fired.

With today's social media, if a student that was identified as someone that would not succeed...identified by others like fellow students and that student later on in life became famous or rich for anything...there would be no need to contact those types of bullies/trolls because they would already know about you after hearing about it from another former student (e.g. class reunion) or reading about it on social media.

Any bragging or cockiness is done between friends...not at some teacher.

P.S. In college, I do remember a stuck up beautiful cheerleader that only dated athletes telling a friend of mine (a chemistry nerd) to get lost after he asked her out for a date...she then later humiliated the guy just for fun at a party and thought (yelled) that he was a nobody.

A year later she didn't finish school (her junior year) because she became pregnant. My buddy went on later in life to become president of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Europe along with making a fat yearly check with lots of perks.

I once asked him last summer if he ever thinks about that girl. He looked at me and said he had forgotten about her and then reminded me he has more important things to think about such as his company, wife and kids.

Simply, most folks just don't care after they achieve success. Reality, they should never care or its such a minuscule event in their life. Ignore the bullies and trolls especially in today's social media.

Just a short answer because we are getting offtopic:

"My teacher told me I'd never amount to anything. I left high school at 15, after one year. But my real teachers were all the people around me. And I was a good listener.

    Curtis Mayfield"

"Sir John Gurdon, who won the Nobel Prize for Medicine, was once told by his biology teacher: "I believe he has ideas about becoming a scientist; on his present showing this is quite ridiculous ... it would be sheer waste of time, both on his part, and of those who have to teach him."

The point I'm making is that you seem to think a person needs to go back to someone (those that I consider to be bullies/trolls) to prove them wrong when you achieve success...as in to hear from you directly that they were wrong.

Many really just don't play that game nor care...that's the point because of the nature of today's social media.

Pretty tough to find one these days. I had to switch to ATS after algos killed my scalping strategies.
