Macau is doing pretty well. As is Florida, Louisiana is doing OK as is the rest of the former French colony in North America, even that Quebec place where they still speak French. I hear New Amsterdam is doing pretty good. Iraq, what was the British Mandate of Palestine, Persia, Pakistan....not so much. And I think South Africa has one of the highest murder rates of any country in the world. Not sure what your point would be though? That somehow once great, Britain is superior in some way?
Just trying to understand why Argentina, a country with great people, great natural resources, well educated citizens, are doing so poorly.
