What happened to all the Bird Flu hype?

Did it all just fly away and magically disappear????


I haven't seen any news stores in print or on TV trying to scare the crap out of the public anymore.....

 

It wasn't scaring us anymore so the media had to find another boogey man.

 

I need my bird flu fix already

 

donald rumsfeld dumped his stock already (he was a director of the company that had the vaccine and was holding several millions in shares)

 

Right now, the middle east is all the news. Wait another month or so and the bird flu will be back in the headlines (especially with flu season coming).

If you're a position player, now would be a good time to start nibbling on some shares of the usual suspects (small cap-NVAX, BCRX, GNBT, AVII. medium cap--GILD, MEDI. micro cap-GMED).

 

Replaced by the airline terror plot.

 

What ever happened to the SARS scare that hit china?
..Or the MAD COW rampage through N. America?
