no it’s not the end of the argument. My argument wasn’t that it was not a possibility its that it would never happen. You will need to get a bunch of people to all cooperate to work against their best interest and I don’t see that happening. So while you are technically not wrong, it could theoretically be possible, it is misleading to act like 21 million is a lie. This will not change

no it can’t dude holy shit you know nothing about this. The bitcoin protocol was never hacked it was exchanges that were hacked you can’t hack bitcoin and change the rules. It would take all the people running the BItcoin software to run the different version of the software that has a change in it no one loan hacker can make this change. The lower number is based on BTC surpassing Gold's MC, the higher number from replacing the petro-dollar as the world's reserve currency.

While the narrative is compelling, I don't really see it as either/or. Just as the geo-political world of the future will most likely be multi-polar, a basket of currencies (including digital assets) would be the global reserve "currency".
