Pisani did a piece on the drop. He claims the times indicate that the primary drop was from fears of higher interest rates from something that was released just prior to the INTC announcement. INTC fueled it and helped it lower according to him, but wasn't the initial catalyst. Whatever the reason for the drop, it didn't stick.
