    Surdo

I concur about being overbought, the spike was an insignificant event IMHO.

  4. Anyone know where to look/who to contact to see if anything will be busted, and how long does CME have to announce busts?

This is the only page I'm aware of, nothing of interest there:

PS - I got lucky fills on both ES & QM, and don't want to trade against if there's a risk of a bust.

  6. * 05 May 08: 01:41GMT (SGA) - FX NOW! USD/JPY, EUR/JPY Flows - Dow, S+P futures - wrong hit or? USD dip too in thin mkts

Some focus on the sudden drop in US Dow futures, at one point -85pts to 12,975, now -43pts at 13,017 - though some speculation if there were any error trades in Globex, S+P futures, with S+P futures down 14.6pts to 1,401.20 at 1 point, now -5.70 at 1,410.10, and also fall in US Treasuries, down 11 tics - and with USD under some pressure as market players scramble for reasons behind the moves. USD/JPY dipping to day lows 105.27 from 105.45-50, EUR hitting day highs 1.5462 from 1.5447-48. Though good to note that market is thin today, with Japan, S Korea, Thailand off today, and UK, Ireland as well. Some focus on Warren Buffett comments, some on subprime investigation and some on "long economic pain" article - more next. USD/JPY back up at 105.43-45, eye key 106. WL

  9. In these types of situations, normally the trades will be busted.

Look especially at the grain markets overnight along with the equity futures.
