Try to focus your mind. It has nothing to do with me being "mesmerized" about anything. A couple posters asked what the charges were- when all of Muellers ramblings in indictments were said and done. One of the Tards stated that the charges were related to the defendants acting as agents for a foreign government, whereupon that was proven to be totally wrong. That's all. In regard to other indictments, I have said that Mueller will roll around town for months and months to come just doing outer orbit bullshit indictments, especially since he cannot get an obstruction conviction on Trump. As I have said twice before, one of the biggest factors in Muellers length of investigation is that he simply has nothing else to do. That may sound snarky but it is not. He has nothing else to do and now he has a totally independent job and is the most important man in DC now -at least as far as legal watching- whereas he was unknown to most before. Keep in mind- in case you didn't know- that two days before Mueller was appointed special counsel, he interviewed for the FBI Directors job, and when Trump declined that, Rosenstein gave him the independent counsel job. Yeh, he wants to be back in the saddle and is not in any hurry to wrap anything up - so need to for lecturette about how there are other indictments to come. Also, although you leftoids do not want to hear it, he really has not gotten any major scalps yet. Just a bunch of peripheral shit related to things that happened before the election or related to perjury after the election. So, you are sitting there thinking "oh yeh, well what about Flynn and Mannafort." Well, Flynn and Mannafort- were identified as violators and related charges were handed to Mueller on a plate when he was hired for him to work over. They are not persons that he scouted out and uncovered through investigations. So big work on them was handed to him when he came and then with the help of a few million dollars and a team of investigators they talked to people who talked to them and got some bullshit perjury charges. Big deal. Rush Limbaugh's theory on why the ruskie indictments were so goofy and had oddball charges rather than the more straightforward ones is that Mueller did not want to bring charges for crimes that he knew that the FBI itself and Camp Hillary had committed because it would lead to public outcry to charge them as well. Something to think about. And, that's right, I said Rush Limbaugh. Get over it. Mueller charged the ruskies with mail fraud and visa fraud for chrissake. What a joke.
The narrative describes the indictees' activities and actions, all or portions of which are alleged to be illegal. Under the Counts at the end of the Indictment you will find references to the U.S. Codes and Sections of those Codes that it is being alleged the Indictees violated. You can pull up the specific Codes and Sections on the Net if you want to read the law as written. If you want to act like Limbaugh, a radio talk show host and entertainer, and call the charges "goofy," I suggest you start by taking time to read the charges and the underlying Code, and then decide whether you want to call them "goofy." The problem a Court or Jury would be faced with, i.e., deciding whether the "letter of the law" was broken, is going to be a more difficult task with very serious consequences compared with pronouncing the charges "goofy" for entertainment and advertising purposes.
I said the charges were related to a foreign entity, you grabbed a sentence from the next paragraph and ran off of a cliff with it. Next time don’t be so stupid and and you won’t fall flat on your face over and over.
Keep trying. Posters can refer to his post (number 12 above) to see what he is trying to make go away. Yup. He just decided to refer to foreign GOVERNMENT agents right there, apparently just for fun, and did not intend to relate it to the first sentence. Keep trying. Beginning to look like that is your goal for the week. gig.
No UsualName you are once again bullshitting your ass off and pretending you are correct when you were wrong. (what else is new for the dnc trolls on this site... (which you are very close to being) Since the words you highlighted were in the introduction... they were not charges.... (by the way this link also explains when an indictment is may be challenged. you can see Mueller's indictment may suffer from many flaws.) http://www.burnhamgorokhov.com/crim...ral-criminal-process/federal-indictments-faqs Below the court name, we have what is called the “caption” of the case. The caption identifies the parties to the action, the case number, and the “counts,” or charges, that are contained in the indictment.
Usual Name has been bettered over and over in this thread. Has anyone ever determined if it's ricter? I think we need to get to the bottom of that because ricter is an Canadian entity. And foreign entities need to register or something.
It's probably Ricter. Someone pointed out that Here4money was Ricter, but H4M is much more balanced and impartial than Ricter would ever be.
