Sorry Mr. UsualName, but this is what you originally wrote: Unfortunately, your TDS-induced impaired cognition must have negated your ability to understand Clapper's spoken words and your TDS-induced intentional dishonesty must have made you change your position from "identified." Here's what Clapper said, enlarged and in boldface, on the off chance that you can comprehend it in writing: “The [intelligence community assessment] was a coordinated product from three agencies: CIA, NSA and the FBI, NOT all 17 components of the intelligence community. Those three under the aegis of my former office.” Kindly see Trump Derangement Syndrome criteria B.3.(c)&(d) below, and be advised that your denial of something so clear cut makes you even more pathetic than a petulant child, given that you are 31 years of age: (c) Consistently dismissing information that disproves or might disprove a delusion, regardless of veracity or source. (d) Consistent deceitfulness to support an anti-Trump bias or agenda, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conflating issues (e.g., legal with illegal immigration, nationalism with Nazism).
Yet Mueller did not charge them with filing to register as a foreign entity. He instead offered an absurd charge of defrauding the United States. This investigation is beginning to cross the line from a witchhunt to a farce.
Sorry but no. I am not going to replay the entire discussion showing Usual Tard's crabwalk sideways but for others I will point out where his crabwalk above falls short. Note, first of all that the discussion was about foreign government agents- not just foreign entity agents as the Tard wishes to highlight above. See posts 12 and 16 above to confirm that. And indeed Mueller did tap dance and highlight all around the Russian and foreign agent topic but surprising and chickenshittedly ended out charging them for visa fraud rather than for espionage or failing to register or that type of thing. So there is no news in the fact that he started out ballsy but ended out lamely. That is what the discussion was about in fact. I will leave to the Tard to crabwalk without me from here on this. Meanwhile from the article below: "Their links to Putin are intentionally tenuous, that's why the indictment does not accuse the Russian government of any involvement." Remember- see post 12 above, he started with "foreign government agents" but now crabwalks over to just foreign agents. https://www.bloomberg.com/view/arti...r-s-indictment-of-russian-trolls-may-backfire
I will let Usual Name know that what he marked in yellow is not a charge. Its a preposterous statement about the law in the introduction. The charges would be the counts. And, also, as I pointed out if that standard were to be used then every foreigner posting with a fake name and commenting on politics is a criminal unless they register with Attorney general. Because every single person in an entity. " U.S. law also bars agents of any foreign entity from engaging in political activities within the United States without first registering with the Attorney General." Is a person an entity? In law, a legal entity is an entity that is capable of bearing legal rights and obligations, such as a natural person or an artificial person (e.g. business entity or a corporate entity). I point this out a few days ago. If running a troll farm is illegal then George Soros and a bunch of other leftwing organizations are in trouble. Second, if a US citizen was charged with these 'crimes' it is highly likely that the posts in question would fall under 1st amendment protections. They can make the claim that they are trying to interfere in the political process, but the same can be said of illegals who are protesting and doing the same thing as the Russians. The fact that this indictment came out shows that Mueller has nothing. It is looking they are are going to have to throw the Flynn charges out also.
The point is correct, the report is not an opinion and is endorsed by American intelligence agencies. You may want to argue over which agencies wrote vs which agencies endorsed but that isn’t important. What is important is the entirety of the United States intelligence agencies endorsed the report. For someone wanting to play the intellectual, you sure are stuck on a dumb argument. Stop playing yourself.
One of the most under-discussed issues- until it blows up- is why Flynn's judge, Contreras, immediately recused himself from the case after Flynn's plea deal was accepted by the court. Why did he recuse- even before sentencing took place? No one knows. Oh, and did I mention that Contreras is also one of the three FISA Court Judges in DC? And that just coincidently, the bogus FISA warrant and related process that eventually snared Flynn has come under explosive scrutiny? Run that scenario by your Bullshit-O-Meter and see if you think there is more to come there before it is all over. Mucho more. edit: just saw that Mr. Wildchild's article covered those same points in the other thread. So good on him and that article.
