wow, thanks for bringing this to our attention so do they violate actual broker privacy, or do they just get aggregate information, from brokers, which are the customers to the exchange? as a trader with an account through a broker, they are not customers of the exchange, so are you saying that they pierce the veil of privacy and know the actual sub-account of the actual trader / person or just the aggregate information representing the netted trades of that brokerage firm? just to reask the same question
