Even if the "purchase of guns" is made illegal, the bad guys will disregard the laws and get them one way or another.
We realize that the problem isn't guns, so we don't look for solutions in guns. We understand and accept that the problem is people. Liberals, on the other hand, don't want to place blame on people - just inanimate objects. They don't want to address problems in the inner city, with the poor, etc. Just with guns. Probably about as long as it takes for fucking idiots like yourself to understand where the problem actually is.
If you purchase a weapons for someone else, that is an illegal purchase. Right on the background check application, it states so. As for Farook purchasing them legally, that was a failed background check, obviously, as it didn't vet the person and his possible background ties.
The mind and logic of the leftist never fails to amaze. Just how are mass shooting defined? Well, they are defined when 4 or more people are shot and killed in a single incident. That's it. That is the criteria. So we're to believe that 4 people getting killed by say a pissed off husband is the same as what just happened in San Bernardino? No, but leave it to the left to conflate the two. Somehow we're supposed to believe that the streets of America are as dangerous as the streets of some North African country, or Syria, Iraq, several South American countries, and any number of other third world shitholes. Utterly ridiculous.
Four reasons for gun violence (off top my head): 1) Intentional criminal activity 2) Chronically mentally unsound for many yrs. or decades 3) God told me to do it 4) He cracked under the emotional strain of a domestic situation, financial etc the latter, that's where you hear from family members, "he changed, starting acting odd" This person would not show up under mental health, because he just recently "cracked". but still has access to guns, and probably in my mind is a bigger part of the problem than media gives credit. My question is [bold]"How do we fix this?"[/bold]BECAUSE THERE IS AN OBVIOUS PROBLEM
i would add everyone is a law abiding citizen till they ain't. and that's where lot of gun violence shows up for first time
I think maybe we need to accept that not all problems are entirely fixable, especially where human nature is involved. We should be able to manage this to lessen the impact, but me thinks peoples "rights" are going to suffer somewhat to do so, and there's the rub.
Good post. Just for giggles, though, you should do a comparison of gun deaths in category 4 above as a percentage of overall gun deaths in America. You'd be stunned at how low of a percentage that actually is.
Well, noticed you put "rights" like that (in quotations) is this because you don't believe your own BS? no respectable NRA member would put "gun rights" in quotations.
