  1. What do you think about Tradestation Securities?

Is its pricing plan competitive to you?

    Is it stable?

    Comment anything about Tradestation Securities.

    Thank you! :)

Software is very stable and solid, I don't seem to get stale quotes very often. I think they're fairly competitive, unless you trade serious volume, in which case you can do better.

If you rely on a smart order routing algorithm for Nasdaq, that's a problem. Plus they barely pay any credit interest.

    Execution equities = good/excellent

    Execution futures = fair/good

Commish equities = high(er) than what can be had

Commish futures= average to ball park low.

Interest on your acc. = ridiculously low

    Customer service to open acc.= <thumbs up>

Customer service to service trading= <grimace>

Platform: Charts/Scanning = One of the best

If you trade size, better alternatives as far as brokers go. And better front ends
    to execute.

If you're looking for charting, and good data feed, and filtering for your particular set ups that you can code yourself, few as good or better.

  4. Sorry why are they blank?

Because customer service is practically non-existant.

    Sorry, a joke.

I found brokerage customer service to be about average, inline with what you would expect given the commissions you are paying.

Software customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very long wait times, lack of knowledgeble staff, etc.
