I do backtesting and review my trading journal. If I have some time left, then I go camping with my friends and family members.
I read books and watch the economic events for next week. I am currently reading “Think like a monk”.
Wow, everyone here is reviewing week trades during the weekend. Meanwhile, as a homebody, I'm pretty content just chilling out at home.
Imo, you should been doing on weekends, what you plan to to when you reach financial freedom (through trading). If you just scroll movies on the couch, why are you looking forward to financial freedom. Wealth will not teach you how to enjoy your family, or the nature of the universe, or your hobbies.

On weekends, you need to take a break from trading and gather strength for work the following week. Also, many have friends, relatives and family who also need to be given time. Therefore, there should be a balance between work and time for family and household chores.
