I try to remain positive in between and not let carried away by vague thoughts. Focus is important for me.

It is important not to get swayed by emotions/thoughts.

 

In my free time, I try to study additional information and understand what is happening in the market.

 

I wait and I check my screen regularly. When I am not trading I do pretty much everything else.
