What do Democrats expect to get if Biden wins

For me it looks like we got the best thing possible, Trump gone, no transaction tax or crazy shit can pass the senate. The thing that bothers me about Biden and Kamala is that they aren't on board with the only 'far left' thing that makes sense, which is universal health care.
