  1. Isnt complaining about arbitrary trade breaks on BS moves that cost real daytraders $$ relevent to ET?

Is there something wrong with complaining about unfair executions?

    What am i missing?

  2. There are a few good reasons, I suppose, for deleting threads, but I can't figure out why THAT one was deleted?

    - No sponsor or moderator bashing.

    - No spam or competing links.

    - No offending language or member fighting.

Just was a vent on a damaging trade bust???

I'm hoping it is just in a state of flux, as the mods move it to another forum...

  5. No reason to delete, except THAT one! :D

Sorry, forgot about the penny stock rule...

    Best to all.

  6. I would like to clarify this policy. What about stocks like SIRI?

Is SIRI now a penny stock that we cant talk about on here?

As Bitstream said you brought up a good point, so I had a discussion with Baron. Here's how things were resolved to keep it simple, and most importantly keep it clear and consistent. Any stock can be discussed that meets at least one of the following two criteria:

    1. It trades above $5.... or
    2. It has at least 1,000,000 shares of average daily volume.

If a stock does not trade above $5 and does not have an average daily volume of at least 1,000,000 shares then for our purposes it's a penny stock and we don't want it discussed at ET. Therefore SPDE is clearly a penny stock, and SIRI is no problem due to its large average volume. Hope this clears things up and leaves open the discussion of large-volume low priced stocks.
