Get an education before you post on a USA site. A "baby" is a small child. Don't they teach anything in the pretend Canadian Universities?

I believe I made a mistake initially thinking you have some degree of intelligence. Now it makes sense why you supported Trump, why you think the Catholic church is supportive of women and their reproductive rights, why you think a Canadian like me is a "Democrat".

American women do have to be protected from dumb asses like you who think they know better. Thank you for better highlighting that reality.

In America, democrat is a broad term for anybody who wants the government to replace society. Doesn't matter what pathetic country they wait in line in.

You seem obsessed with late term abortions, which are a pretty rare event afaik. But I can ask questions too. Hypothetically, if your wife or daughter was pregnant and decided to have an abortion after "x" months, would you support them in their decision ? Would you take drastic measures like disowning them or expect them to be jailed if they disagreed with you and went ahead with the abortion ?

Let's say "x" is 1, 5, or 8; where do you stand on each case ? And in each case, if a doctor ruled that the pregnancy was life threatening to the mother, would that change your answer ?

Ask me if I want money taken out of my paycheck each week to pay for it. Ah the hell with it. Kill them all, they probably just grow up and become democrats.

You might be surprised to know then that the vast majority of Canadians chose to live here because we believe this is the best country in the world. And when Americans like yourself play the part of an "ugly American" it tends to ring hollow since 2008 when your economy imploded and your social systems frayed badly since. Sure, be proud of your country, but educate yourself and be realistic. You don't see million dollar homes in my city of Toronto because it's somehow a mediocre place to live. You don't see the US doing the massive import/export business with Canada if it's a mediocre country. There are reasons why Trump struggles with trying to bully Canada on trade. You don't see schools like the U. of Waterloo ( my school ) remain in the top 3 recruited schools in the world by Microsoft because it's a "pretend" school.

The only thing the US has on Canada is overall corporate success. On almost any other front, things are better in Canada right now. If you can make that corporate success work for you, enjoy it. Sure, it's a great economy when it's fair and you remain in the core "have" group.
But it better be, because there are aspects of being American these days that aren't so good.

nice try.. with all you bullshit supporting abortion... but... a majority of likely voters oppose taxpayer funding for abortion.

A new poll conducted by Politico and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health showed that the majority of likely voters, 58 percent, opposed the use of federal funds through Medicaid to pay for abortion.

The poll, released Wednesday, asked, “Medicaid is the largest government program that pays for health care for low-income people. Currently the federal government prohibits the use of federal funds to pay for abortions under Medicaid. Do you favor or oppose changing this policy in order to allow Medicaid funds to be used to pay for abortions?”

    We will see.

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...nor-meltdown-that-s-left-canada-looking-frail

Home Capital Is a Minor Meltdown That’s Left a Major Mark on Canada

"It’s too early for the meltdown at Home Capital Group Inc. to show up in the data -- and, with just 1 percent of the national market, the mortgage lender may be too small to do so anyway. But it’s already had a big impact on how investors and analysts are weighing the country’s weaknesses against its strengths.

Boom-times in Vancouver and Toronto look increasingly like the spillovers from debt-fueled housing bubbles, the kind that wrought havoc in so many Western countries last decade. A banking system long considered among the world’s soundest got hit by a Moody’s downgrade this week. The government has touted a transition away from commodity-dependence and toward hi-tech smarts; Canadians are waking up to the possibility that their economy got hooked on real-estate instead."

"Both home-ownership and consumption are being financed by record levels of household debt. Canada’s traditional remedy for commodity busts involved scraping together enough foreign financing to cushion the initial blow, then depreciating the currency to stoke manufacturing and exports."

Interesting chart. Nothing to see. Just move along.
