I think I will follow what the pit traders did when the pits closed. Adjust/adapt to what is happening on the screen.
@SunTrader pit traders tried to adapt to the screens as this was the only business they knew. Most tried very hard and most failed. It's just because the nature of the "game" changed so much, that adoption required a whole new skill set and a very different psychology to accompany that, and that was not conducive with most. A few survived; the rest dropped off. The below documentary is an interesting one regarding the emergence of electronic trading.
