Could be any day now. They seem to drop a rate cut on the market based on any old thing these days. I'm surprised they didn't lower rates when that guy blew 142m in wheat last week. Oh wait, I forgot, it takes at least a 7 billion loss from a rogue trader to justify a unscheduled rate cut from the Fed. But he/she can be any nationality including French or otherwise, so look out.
