There are different data services that deliver data from the Eurex. I use Real Tick and Trade Station. And I use a Data seller from Switzerland. Check out Tenfore... I don't know if you can get them in Croatia. I have never used Qcharts so I don't know what they offer. Two data services that deliver Eurex to good prices, their service is ok.
