Can someone please explain to me what happened at 15:07 for FRPT today? It tanked from $21.44 to $20.65 in seconds then bounced back. I got stopped out w/ a stop at $20.80. My fill price was $20.75 which was not even shown. I'm a noob and a little confused Please help... TIA!
